This .Net Developer job requires at 5 years of solid development experience, with C# being the preferred syntax. ASP.NET, XML and T-SQL Development work is strongly preferred as wll. Experience with Biztalk, sharepoint or any business process workflow methodology would be a HUGE plus, but not required! Related work in the healthcare industry would also provide an advantage.
