The successful candidate will have

Excellent knowledge of C# (typically shown by 3-4 years experience)

Excellent knowledge of C++ (typically shown by 4-5 years experience)

Extensive product development experience
Strong relationship skills.

Extremely delivery focused.

Comfortable with interaction with clients, customers, and internal management
