Must Have Technical Skills:
3+ yrs C#/VB.NET programming experience
3+ yrs ASP.NET framework
3+ yrs HTML, Javascript, CSS
2+ yrs Webservices, XML, XSLT
3+ yrs MS SQL 2K

Pluses:
OOP with .NET, Java, or C++
Experience with .NET 3.0

Someone with great communication skills and who work well within a team environment is also required.
