The ideal candidate will not only have the appropriate technical experience, but will be an excellent team player as well. This candidate must have perfect communication skills, great presentation, and have the will to succeed. You must have a go-getter attitude and be able to pick up new technologies very quickly. The candidate must have experience with windows 2000 and 2003 server, including active directory and exchange 2003 experience as well. On the desktop side, you must be well-versed with windows 2000 and XP, including microsoft office and outlook. Anyone who has experience with sharepoint would be considered a major plus. We have about 50 servers and 1,000 users in our environment and your day will be spent doing about 80% server work and 20% desktop. There are a lot of new projects which will give you a chance to learn new technologies as well.
