They have a strong growing team and need someone that is passionate about technology, specifically someone who has experience with .NET 3.0 and 3.5. Their entire environment and new development is done in .NET 3.0 and 3.5.

Must Have Technical Skills Include:

Pluses for the job are:

-Silverlight or GUI heavy experience
