The ideal candidate would have at least 8 years in the IT industry and 2+ years with team lead experience. Someone who works well within a team environment is also required, as this person will be an integral part of a large development team.

Must Have Technical Skills:
3+ yrs C# programming experience
3+ yrs ASP.NET framework
3+ yrs HTML, JavaScript, CSS
2+ yrs Webservices, XML, XSLT
3+ yrs SQL Server 2005

.NET 3.0
Object Oriented Methodology
