Description:
A software company in Costa Mesa that makes software for the transportation industry is looking for a Team lead to assist in the design and development of their cutting edge software products.
Our client is the industry leader and has been around since the eighties.
They are seeking a team lead who can participate in design, architecture, development, management, and customer support.
Your tasks will include :
Leading a team of 5 or more engineers
Design and Architecture of a new application
Development of new code and integration of legacy application
Customer support and feedback to be used for improving the application
Must have skills are:
5+ years of experience with Java / J2ee
2+ years of experience with Ajax and web 2.0 technologies
2+ years of experience with Spring and Hibernate as well as Apache Tomcat
Experience leading a team of engineers
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and speak intelligently about products and services
