With offices located all throughout the world, this top financial company has an open job for a Senior Windows Systems Engineer. Our client needs a Senior level candidate with strong Windows Engineering background and Financial experience.

The ideal candidate for this job will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience with the Windows infrastructure and will be coming out of one of the top Financial firms here in New York. This candidate will be doing %100 server engineering work on Microsoft Windows including Active Directory, DNS, VmWare, Citrix, and exposure to VB Scripting and automation. Windows 2k and 2k3 are must haves for this job and 2k8 would be considered a major plus. An applicant that has their MCSE would be highly considered as well. This person will be involved in Windows Systems Engineering, not just Windows Systems Administration, so only appropriate and qualified candidates should apply.

The Windows Engineer will be working closely on a 7 person team that is supporting 750 servers. This job requires supporting different applications that they are running and you must be sure to have an understanding of all components. This job is also 24/7 on call in case of emergency.
